Patient Coordinator & Operations Manager
As the Patient Coordinator & Operations Manager at BCDSM, Lexy is committed to enhancing both patient care and operational efficiency. She oversees the smooth running of office operations, manages patient referrals, resolves patient concerns, and coordinates insurance matters. With a deep passion for dental sleep medicine, Lexy is dedicated to helping patients achieve better sleep, improved health, and a pain-free lifestyle. Outside of the office, Lexy enjoys cooking and spending quality time with her three cats!
Sue
Expanded Function Dental Assistant
Sue began working for Dr. Rickert in 2007 as a graduate of Manor College where she received her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant certification. She loves working with the latest technology and regularly attends continued education courses. Sue tries to create an environment for which our patients can feel comfortable.
When not working, Sue enjoys spending time with her family.
Erika
Dental Assistant
Erika began working for Dr. Rickert in 2023 after she graduated from Fortis Institute where she received her Dental Assistant certification.
In her spare time, Erika enjoys traveling, and spending time with her husband and extended family.
