Maximizing Your Benefits
Being out of network does not mean you cannot use your insurance. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may still be eligible for reimbursement.

Coverage by Treatment Type
Sleep Apnea Oral Appliances: We frequently see partial or full reimbursement for oral appliance therapy when patients have a medical diagnosis and meet their plan’s criteria. We will file your claim with all the appropriate supporting documents to help maximize your coverage.
TMJ Treatment: TMJ care is typically not covered by insurance. It often falls into a gray area that insurance companies classify as elective or outside of standard medical/dental necessity. While insurance limitations can be frustrating, our goal is to provide you with effective, long-lasting relief regardless of coverage.
